Documents and data without retyping
Invoices go into the accounting software, orders reach the courier and spreadsheets fill themselves. Nobody types the same thing into three programs, and where something doesn’t match, you decide.
from €400 excl. VAT
How it looks
Example of invoices flowing into accounting. A supplier invoice arrives by email, AI reads the supplier, company ID, amount and VAT, and the system matches it against the order and records it in the accounting software and the expenses sheet. If the amount doesn’t match the order, the invoice waits for your decision.
Example process. Names, numbers and amounts are made up.
What the automation takes over
- Reads supplier invoices: supplier, company ID, number, date, amounts and VAT
- Checks the amounts against orders and contracts and records the invoices in your accounting software
- Moves data between your spreadsheets, CRM (where you keep your customers) and other software
- Files documents in a monthly archive and sends your accountant the list
- For an online shop order, issues the invoice and creates an Econt or Speedy waybill
Where you decide
A document whose amount doesn’t match, from a new supplier or with an unclear photo doesn’t go in on its own. It waits for you or your accountant to check it.
Reporting to the Bulgarian tax agency is changing
From 1 January 2026 large enterprises file the Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T). Mandatory e-invoicing between companies is coming too, but its date isn’t final yet. Once the rules are clear, we’ll update the automation.
Which software we connect
Gmail, Google Sheets, your accounting software, Econt and Speedy: through an API (a way for programs to pass each other data), a file import or the spreadsheet your accountant uses. We read documents with Claude or GPT.
Questions
How accurately does AI read?
Accurately enough that nobody retypes, but not so accurately that you should trust it blindly. That’s why every document is checked against the order, and doubtful ones wait for a person.
Will it work with our accounting software?
Yes, if the software accepts a file import or has an API. If not, we prepare a spreadsheet in the layout your accountant enters data from.
Do we have to change accountants?
No. Your accountant works as before, only now the documents arrive sorted and checked.
What about orders from our online shop?
Those too. Most shop platforms have an API or at least a notification for new orders, and for waybills you need an Econt or Speedy business account with API access.
