How we work
From a first call to an automation you can trust
1. A short call
You tell us what you do by hand and how often. The first call is free.
2. Review and quote
We look at the spreadsheets, emails and software you work with. Then we send you a quote: which automation comes first, what it costs and when it will be ready.
3. The first automation
Simple automations are ready in one to two weeks. We launch them with real data and documents, not sample ones.
4. Everything goes through you
At first every step waits for your approval. Once you see it works, we remove the check wherever it isn’t needed.
5. Upkeep
We watch the automation run, fix what breaks when another system changes and make small changes when you ask. You have one contact.
Questions people ask us
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We connect what you already use: your email, spreadsheets, accounting software, CRM (where you keep your customers) or online shop. If the software has an API (a way for other programs to send it data) or can at least export its data to a file, we can connect it.
What if the automation gets something wrong?
Wherever a mistake costs money, the automation doesn’t decide on its own; it stops and asks you. Every run is logged, so you can always see what happened, when and why.
How much does it cost?
Prices exclude VAT and start from €300 for social media and email sequences, from €400 for documents and data without retyping and from €600 for customer emails and messages with the AI assistant. For the other services and for support, we send a quote after the first call, which is free.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks for a simple automation and one to three months for a bigger project. The exact timeline is in the quote.
Who looks after the automation afterwards?
We do. After launch the automation is still our job: one person on the team is responsible for it, and the price of support is in the quote.
Where does the automation run?
On our server or yours, as you prefer. If you choose yours, the whole automation runs on your side.
Do you use AI for everything?
No. We use artificial intelligence (AI) where text has to be understood: emails, enquiries, documents. Everything else runs on ordinary rules, because they are faster, cheaper and more predictable.
What do you build the automations with?
Our own code, the way we build PostFast and SendHeron. So an automation does exactly what you need, without the limits and the subscription of a ready-made platform.
