Who we are
kohisoft.com belongs to Kohi Solutions EOOD, company ID (EIK) 206220247, VAT No. BG206220247, registered at 1 Filip Simidov St, entrance B, floor 3, apt. 11, 5000 Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The company is responsible for the data you send us.
What the form collects
The name, company and message you write, and your email or phone number if you leave them. Nothing else is sent with the form.
Where it goes
All of it reaches us through Discord, a service of Discord Inc. in the United States. We reply by email from [email protected], or by phone if that’s what you left. We don’t sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.
Why we keep it
To answer your enquiry and carry on the conversation until you decide whether we work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long
Up to 12 months after our last email or call. If we start working together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the contract or the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to its processing. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
